What is Littleheartsnest?
Littleheartsnest creates handmade products in Lithuania: merino wool baby booties, crochet loveys, rattles, toys and baby gift sets. We are based in Mažeikiai. Each product page lists its materials, dimensions and available options.
Is my chosen item in stock?
Check availability after selecting the exact design, colour, size and quantity on the product page. Different combinations may have different stock levels. In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment; any published temporary preparation notice may change this timeframe.
How do I order an item that is not in stock?
If your selected combination or quantity is unavailable, submit a production request from checkout first. Include your preferences and any required date. Payment becomes available only after our approval by email. Production time and shipping time are separate.
How do I choose a bootie size?
Use the size options and sole measurements listed for the individual model. An age label does not replace checking the required measurements. If you are buying a gift, confirm the size with the recipient or contact us before ordering.
What is included in a gift set, and is gift wrapping included?
Sets contain different combinations of loveys, rattles, merino wool booties or a musical toy. Check the selected set page for its exact contents, sizes and colours. Gift wrapping options and prices are shown with the product; wrapping is not automatically included with every option.
Do you offer worldwide delivery?
We offer worldwide delivery. Available shipping methods and prices depend on the destination and are shown at checkout. If your country or a suitable shipping method is not listed, contact hello@littleheartsnest.com before ordering. Deliveries outside the EU may incur additional import charges.
When is delivery free?
Free delivery applies only to parcel lockers in Lithuania when the merchandise total after discounts is at least €100. Courier delivery and delivery to other countries are charged. The final shipping price is shown before you place an order.
How should I care for and use the products safely?
Follow the individual product description, label, care instructions and safety information. Wool, textiles and wooden parts may require different care. Materials or certification information for one model does not automatically apply to every product.
How can I contact you before ordering?
