Right to Return
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, except where exceptions apply under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.
To exercise this right, the product must be unused, undamaged, retain its original commercial appearance, and be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
Non-Returnable Products
In accordance with applicable legislation, products made to the Buyer's individual specifications and personalised products cannot be returned.
This exception does not apply where the product is found to have a manufacturing defect or does not meet applicable quality requirements.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@littleheartsnest.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product if possible.
Each case is assessed individually, and we will make every effort to find the most appropriate solution.
Return Shipping Costs
If the product is returned under the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, the Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless applicable law provides otherwise or the product is defective.
Refunds
The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase no later than 14 calendar days after the Seller receives the Buyer's notice of withdrawal.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or the Buyer supplies evidence that it has been sent, whichever occurs first.
