Order Preparation
The Little Hearts Nest collection includes both ready-made handmade products and products that are individually handcrafted after an order is placed.
If a product is in stock, it is usually dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment has been received.
If a product is made to order, the estimated production time is indicated in the product description. Production time may vary depending on the complexity of the product and the number of orders we are processing at the time.
If order preparation takes longer than expected due to a high volume of orders or other unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using the delivery method selected by the Buyer. Depending on the destination country, shipments may be delivered via parcel lockers, courier services, postal services, or other reliable shipping providers.
Available shipping options and their costs are displayed during checkout.
If you require expedited shipping to another European Union country, please contact us at hello@littleheartsnest.com before placing your order. We will evaluate the available express shipping options and provide you with an individual quotation.
Delivery Time
The total delivery time consists of the order preparation or production time, if the product is made to order, and the shipping time, which depends on the selected delivery method and the destination country.
Estimated shipping times after dispatch: Lithuania - 1-3 business days; European Union - 3-10 business days; other countries - 7-20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the shipping carrier's operations, public holidays, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically before checkout and depend on the destination country, the selected shipping method, and the size of the order.
International Shipping
We ship to most European Union countries.
If products are shipped outside the European Union, the Buyer is responsible for any import duties, import VAT, taxes, fees, or other import-related charges applicable in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the Buyer.
The Buyer is also responsible for ensuring that the ordered products can be legally imported into the destination country.
Receiving Your Order
Upon receiving your shipment, we recommend inspecting it as soon as possible.
If the package appears visibly damaged, we recommend informing the shipping carrier before accepting the delivery and, if possible, taking photographs of the damage.
