1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the online store Little Hearts Nest (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and the person purchasing products from the online store (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer).

The Buyer is a natural person who purchases products from the online store www.littleheartsnest.com and agrees to these Terms.
By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.
The Seller reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms at any time. The latest version is always published on the website. The version of the Terms valid at the time the order was placed shall apply to the Buyer.
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that the information provided is accurate, correct, and complete and accepts responsibility for any incorrect information provided.
2. Buyer's Rights and Obligations
The Buyer has the right to purchase products in accordance with these Terms, receive information about the status of the order, withdraw from the contract and return products in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.
The Buyer also has the right to contact the Seller regarding product quality, delivery, or other order-related matters and to exercise other consumer rights provided by applicable legislation.
The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate, correct, and complete order information, pay for the order on time, accept the ordered products, use the products for their intended purpose, inspect the product before use and discontinue use if any damage is noticed.
Before placing an order, the Buyer must read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other information provided on the website.
3. Seller's Rights and Obligations
The Seller has the right to refuse to process an order if the Buyer provides incorrect or incomplete information.
The Seller may temporarily suspend or discontinue the operation of the online store due to technical or other important reasons, and may change the product range, prices, and these Terms by publishing the relevant information on the website.
The Seller may refuse to process an order if production of the product becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In such a case, the Buyer will receive a full refund.
The Seller undertakes to make every reasonable effort to ensure the smooth operation of the online store, provide accurate information about the products offered for sale, and produce and deliver the ordered products within the specified timeframe, except where this becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
The Seller undertakes to protect the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legislation, and to inform the Buyer of any possible changes or delays in the order fulfilment process.
4. Products
All Little Hearts Nest products are handmade.
Due to the handmade nature of the products, each item is unique and may differ slightly from the photographs shown.
Product photographs are for informational purposes only. Due to different screen settings, lighting, or photography conditions, the actual product colours may vary slightly.
The dimensions of handmade products may vary slightly (+/- 1-2 cm), and this shall not be considered a product defect.
We use high-quality materials, and many of our crocheted and knitted products are made using yarns certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 and compliant with the EN 71-3 toy safety standard.
5. Placing an Order
The Buyer selects the desired product and places an order in the online store.
The order will only be processed once payment has been received, unless otherwise stated.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process an order if incorrect information has been provided or for other objective reasons.
If, due to technical, production-related, or other circumstances beyond the Seller's control, it is impossible to fulfil the order, the Seller will inform the Buyer and refund the full amount paid for the products.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€).
Shipping costs are calculated separately before the order is completed.
Payments are considered completed only when the funds are credited to the Seller's bank account or when confirmation is received from the payment service provider.
7. Production Time
As most products are handmade individually after the order is placed, production times may vary.
The estimated production time is indicated on the product page or communicated during the ordering process.
The production time for custom-made or personalised products may be extended by informing the Buyer in advance.
8. Shipping
Orders are delivered using the shipping method selected by the Buyer.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.
The Seller is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, postal services, or other circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
The Buyer must provide accurate delivery information. The Seller is not responsible for shipments that could not be delivered due to an incorrect address or contact information provided by the Buyer.
If products are shipped outside the European Union, the Buyer is responsible for any import duties, import VAT, taxes, fees, or other import-related charges applicable in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the Buyer.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered products can be legally imported into the destination country. The Seller is not responsible for shipments that are detained, returned, or confiscated due to customs regulations or restrictions imposed by other competent authorities in the destination country.
Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer is advised to check its condition as soon as possible. If any damage to the shipment or product is noticed, the Buyer is advised to contact the Seller immediately.
9. Returns
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.
If a product is made individually according to the Buyer's preferences or is personalised, it cannot be returned or exchanged, except where a manufacturing defect is identified or the product does not meet quality requirements.
If the Buyer receives a defective product, they should contact the Seller as soon as possible at hello@littleheartsnest.com, providing a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs.
10. Product Safety
Before using a product, the Buyer undertakes to read and follow the safety information and usage recommendations provided with the specific product.
Our products are made using high-quality materials suitable for babies.
Babies and young children must use our products only under adult supervision.
If any signs of wear or damage are noticed, use of the product should be discontinued immediately.

11. Liability
The Seller is not liable for any losses resulting from the Buyer's failure to read these Terms.
The Seller is not liable for any damage or losses resulting from improper use of the products, natural wear and tear, or the Buyer's failure to follow product care recommendations.
The Seller is not liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to force majeure circumstances.
12. Intellectual Property
All photographs, texts, logos, and other content on the website are the property of Little Hearts Nest or are used lawfully.
It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or otherwise use the website content without prior written consent.
13. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
All disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
If the Buyer permanently resides in another European Union Member State, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country may also apply to the Buyer to the extent provided by applicable law.
